<p><strong>Cara menyediakannya:</strong></p>

Masukkan gula ke dalam mangkuk dan tuangkan air panas. Kacau dan tutup mangkuk itu. Sediakan air buah. Cuci dan potong sehiris untuk di potong dadu. (hiasan). Keluarkan isi tembikai dengan camca besar dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk adunan. Perah air tembikai dengan menekankannya di dalam tapis aluminium dengan menggunakan senduk kayu kemudian tuang air ke dalam jag ( terpulanglah nak mudah pakai blender pun boleh&#8230; ) Perah limau. Tapis sirap ke dalam jag tembikai, tambahkan 875 ml air sejuk, kacau dan sejukkan di dalam peti ais. Potong dadu isi tembikai untuk hiasan. Apabila cukup sejuk masukkan hiasan ini serta daun pudina dan hidangkan di atas dulang.</p>
