Nestle Yogurt – Mixed Berries
Malam² macam nih sedap pulak makan yogurt sejuk. Pergh! hilang letih setelah memandu beberapa jam tadi. Lama tak makan yogurt tah macam mana petang tadi masa tgh teman mak aku dok shopping kat Tong Fat Raub teringin pulak nak makan yogurt nih, tu pun sebab dah ternampak kelibat si yogurt nih kat rak peti sejuk masa tgh mencari air apa yang nak di beli untuk berbuka tadi.
Bila sebut jer pasal yogurt aku cari lah kat internet resepi yang best untuk korang test sebagai juadah berbuka esok. Apalagi jom layan menu… ( mamak teh tarik satu
)
Pita Bread With Tandoori Filling
Preparation & cooking time : 30 minutes
Serving : 4 person
Per person : 161 Kcal Energy,
9g Protein, 8g Fat, 14g Carbohydrates
1/3 cup – NESTLE® Natural Yogurt
2 tablespoon – MAGGI® Tandoori Mix
300 gm – boneless chicken breast or leg
Filling :
6 – cherry tomatoes, halved
1 – cucumber, sliced
1 – onion, sliced
1 – tablespoon chopped mint leaves
2 – teaspoon MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
¼ – cup NESTLE® Natural Yogurt
4 – leaves lettuce
4 – whole meal pita breads
Cooking Steps :
- In a bowl, combine NESTLE® Yogurt with MAGGI® Mix. Add chicken pieces and mix well.
- Place marinade chicken pieces on grilling pan. Grill
- Line pita bread with lettuce and fill up with A mixture.

Peach Sunrise ( sesuai untuk sarapan/sahur )
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 persons
Per serving: 22g fat, 545 kcal (2,279 kilojoules)
2 cups Nestle cornflakes
½ cup raisins 2 cups Nestle Peach Melba Low Fat Yogurt
4 pieces canned peaches, drained
Strawberry sauce
1/3 cup chopped nuts / roasted almonds
Strawberries, if desired
Method:
- Pour cornflakes and raisins into four dessert cups.
- Pour the yogurt over the cereal.
- Arrange peaches over cereal and pour strawberry sauce on top. Sprinkle with nuts and decorate with strawberries. Use any other fruit that you like.
Tutti-Frutti Toasty
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 persons
Per Serving: 14g fat, 308 kcal (1,288 kilojoules)
4 slices white or wholemeal bread
Butter for spreading
Lettuce
150g Nestle Peach Melba Low Fat Yogurt
½ cup drained fruit cocktail
Honey
Method:
- Toast bread and spread with butter. Place lettuce on buttered bread and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix yogurt and fruit cocktail then place a scoop of the mixture on each piece of bread. Top with a drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately.
Suggested garnishing: spring onion, parsley and red cherry. If desired, Nestle Low Fat Yogurt can be replaced with Nestle Light Set Yogurt Natural Taste.
